Playhouses for sale

There are many different styles of playhouses for sale, all kinds of different sizes, colors, and layouts.  Depending on what you want to spend you can get anything you could ever dream of.  You can either get plans to build your own playhouse or buy one that is already built.  The only thing you would have to do is to put it together or hire someone to do it. 

You can get plans for Cottages, Victorians, Chalets, and many other styles.  You can get one that is set on the ground, or there are some that are on stilts.  That way you can put a sandbox or something under it. 

Here are some ideas if you plan on building one yourself.  If you plan on building one yourself you have to keep in mind that this is just like a little house.  Someone will be playing in this for a long time so you don't want to skimp on the quality of materials used for building.  You can find plans for building playhouses all over the Internet, and they are fairly cheap.  You can save a lot of money when making it yourself too.  You will need the same materials as you would if your building a house, obviously it won't be as much though.  You will need 2x4's, plywood, shingles, siding (if you want the house to resemble yours), glue, electrical supplies (if you are planning on putting electric in it for lights, etc.), and other things you might need for a real house.  You will also need tools to put it together, they are also the same ones you would need if you were building a real house.

If you are planning on getting a house that has already been built, you first off will be paying a lot more money then if you had built it yourself.  But on the good side it will be at your house way before you would be able to make a playhouse on your own.  You can find playhouses for sale on the Internet and they normally have like 3 day shipping for around $250 which isn't too bad.  Assembly is really easy as well, all the walls and stuff are marked so you know where to put them.  All the holes are pre-drilled and it comes with all the nails, screws, bolts, etc.  All you need to provide are the tools to put it all together.  A Lot of them you are able to either put siding on or just paint depending on what you want it to look like.  Now depending on what size you are wanting you can be expected to pay between $1000.00 and $7500.00 for a playhouse on the Internet.  You can pay even more it you want to spend the money but the high end playhouses that I have seen are around 10'x16' and has ample room for multiple children to be inside at once. 

Building a playhouse would be a great idea for someone that wants the excuse to spend time with their child and build something that they will play with for many years to come.  You can find many different plans and playhouses for sale on the Internet.  Depending on where you live and how popular the style is it could take a certain amount of time that would be specified on their website.  Good luck with your investment, have fun building something that you and your child will remember forever.
