How to frame a jersey yourself

• Measure your jersey, and keep in mind that most jersey frames are 29 1/2 inches by 35 1/4 inches. If your jersey smaller or larger than these measurements then take your measurements to a craft store.

• Supplies can be purchased at a local craft store. You will need to purchase a shadow box frame, mat board, foam or felt back board, Plexiglas, needle and threat, hanging wire, and a screwdriver. If you will be hanging cards or other things strait needles can be used.

• Secure the jersey to the mat board and slide the foam backing board under the mat board. Lay the jersey out flat, stitch the jersey to the mat board or pin in down (make sure to only use a few stitches on the bottom, sides, and top so the jersey is secure).

• Peel one side of the Plexiglas and put this side down firmly on top of the jersey. Once it is all straight, peel the other side from the Plexiglas.

• Attach the sides of the frame, and adhere the hanging wire to the back of the frame. Securely hang the the framed jersey to a wall.
